200ml Glass Reaction System

The tabletop glass reactor is mainly used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation and concentration. The kettle structure is divided into three types: single layer, double layer and three layers. The kettle can be pumped to the negative pressure state as required to meet the experimental conditions.
Technical Characteristics of Glass Reaction Kettle for Laboratory Use
● Vacuum gauge and temperature display unit
● Applicable temperature range: - 80 ℃~200 ℃.
● The pressure range within the kettle is - 0.1 0MPa - 0 MPa.
● No liquid accumulation drain valve, PTFE plug drain valve, with fluorine coated "O" ring
●The glass components are high borosilicate glass 3.3, with excellent physical and chemical properties.
● Constant temperature, DC brushless motor
● The inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected with stainless steel insulated hoses to eliminate the stress at the inlet and outlet.
● The frame adopts SUS304+carbon structural steel spraying+aluminum plate 6061-F spraying, which has strong corrosion resistance and is easy to clean and maintain.
● SUS304 material receiving tray to prevent environmental pollution.
