Low temperature cold trap

Low temperature cold trap is also called condensation trap and condensation trap pump. There are two ways of direct cooling and indirect cooling. The no-load low temperature is minus 40 ℃.

Low temperature cold trap, which adopts automatic cascade refrigeration, is a small ultra-low temperature equipment. It is suitable for gas condensation and capture, low temperature liquid bath, oil and gas recovery, material testing, drug freeze-drying and other purposes. It can provide ultra-low temperature conditions for various small systems.

The low temperature cold trap traps the water vapor and harmful gas discharged from the vacuum drying oven or the vacuum concentration device, improves the use efficiency of the vacuum system, significantly reduces the steam intake of the vacuum pump, and extends the service life of the vacuum acquisition device.

Features of low temperature cold trap products

1. The glass cold trap bottle is used for indirect cooling or the trap body is used for direct cooling.

2. The indirect cooling cold trap bottle is made of high borosilicate glass 3.3, which can be used in the experiment of water, acid and organic solvent.

3. The cavity of the direct cooling cold trap is made of 06Cr19Ni10, which can be used for the experiment of water and organic solvent.

4. The freezing tank is made of 06Cr19Ni10; A liquid drain valve is installed to facilitate the discharge of refrigerant.

5. It can also be used as pre freezing bath and low temperature bath.

6. The temperature display mode is digital, which is convenient for observing the temperature in the freezing tank and timely opening the vacuum acquisition device.

7. Time delay, overcurrent, overheating and pressure protection functions.

8. Small space, equipped with brake castors, easy to move.

9. No dry ice or liquid nitrogen is required.
